Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone and email with exceptional service.
• Promote destinations, tours and packages with up-selling.
• Follow up on open enquiries to secure bookings and protect relationships.
• Overcome objections by offering suitable alternatives.
• Liaise with operations, aviation and product to finalise travel plans.
• Build rapport to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Support team sales targets and monitor personal KPIs.
• Stay up to date with products, destinations and pricing.
• Share customer insights and market trends with the wider team.
