Job summary

TUI is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Penarth store. You’ll help customers plan and book holidays, cruises, and UK breaks while delivering exceptional service. You’ll be trained on systems to enhance knowledge and enable memorable holidays for our customers.

You’ll work alongside a friendly team with a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, and opportunities for commission-based rewards and career progression within TUI.

• Receive training on systems to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
