Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Education & Retail Coordinator to coordinate and deliver educational content across Travel Retail regions. You will develop training materials, support NPD launches, and work with Education, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand education.

You’ll manage field training activities, coordinate regional events, and assist in budgeting for travel, venues, and training kits.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational/education role in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Language skills such as Spanish or French are desirable.
• Must be highly organised and structured, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy educational content for the Travel Retail region using internal LMS and authoring tools.
• Plan and deliver training material for all NPD launches in regional training sessions.
• Coordinate field communication training, Start of a Dream, Seasonal Schools and conferences.
• Manage training content, branding material, and regional education plans with stakeholders.
• Lead classroom trainings, including trainer sessions and regional events, with venue, travel and catering planning.
• Forecast and monitor travel and expense costs for the training team and ensure timely delivery of gratis to store teams.
