Emtec Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead electrical and civil works across UK projects in the renewables, utilities and infrastructure sectors. You’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and compliance with HSEQ standards.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• HSEQ awareness and strong safety culture.
• Formal qualifications: HNC/HND/degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of electrical and civil works on site.
• Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and project specifications.
• Manage site logistics, materials, resources and workforce.
• Monitor progress and report against milestones.
• Resolve technical or operational issues on site.
• Maintain site records and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects moving.
• Promote a safety-first culture across the site.
