Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy services across Region [Insert Number]. This role ensures continuity of pharmacy services across multiple locations, covering planned leave and peak demand while delivering safe, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.

You will dispense around 7,000 items on average, use CMM system in hospital and Proscript in community pharmacy, counsel patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualificações

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Willing to travel across the region.
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Counsel patients on medicine use and health concerns.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimise outcomes.
• Conduct medication reviews and medicines management.
• Maintain patient records and stock control.
• Deliver immunisation services where applicable.
• Advise on OTC medicines and general health.
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives.
