Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is seeking Relief Pharmacists to support our pharmacies across a defined geographical area in the UK. You will provide professional leadership, ensure compliant and high-quality services, and support teams to achieve excellent patient care and strong performance.

The role involves travel between sites within your area. A UK driving licence is required, and relocation or welcome bonuses may be available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent).
• Be registered with the GPhC (or PSNI) by start date.
• Have management experience (desirable).
• Be flexible and confident working across different pharmacy locations.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies.
• Ensure safe, effective and compliant delivery of pharmacy services.
• Support pharmacy teams to deliver patient care and strong commercial performance.
• Travel between pharmacies within the defined geographical area.
