Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide professional and clinical leadership across a network of pharmacies. You will travel between locations within roughly an hour of Salisbury, ensuring safe and compliant delivery of services while supporting teams.

The role requires MPharm and GPhC registration by start date, plus a valid UK driving licence. Relocation and bonus schemes are offered where applicable, with a strong focus on wellbeing and career

Qualifications

• MPharm degree (or equivalent) is required.
• GPhC (or PSNI) registration by start date is required.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (depending on coverage).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies.
• Travel between pharmacies within a geographic area (up to an hour from location).
• Support pharmacy teams to deliver patient care and ensure commercial performance.
