Job summary

Symbro is seeking a hands-on IT & Field Technology Engineer to travel between our stores and clubs across the UK, installing, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment and systems. You will support POS/EPOS hardware, networking and Microsoft 365, with Intune and Entra ID managed devices.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential; the role is full-time and UK-based. You will report to our Group Head of Technology, coordinating with site teams and suppliers to minimise

Qualifications

Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between stores and clubs.
Hands-on IT experience, ideally in field IT, IT support, infrastructure or similar hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Travel to stores and clubs to install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot IT equipment and technology systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and site-level technology issues.
Provide day-to-day IT support to store and club teams, escalating issues locally.
Carry out planned site visits, installations, upgrades and preventative maintenance.
Work with third-party suppliers and contractors to resolve technical issues quickly and minimise disruption.
