Job summary

Crown Journey in Telford is seeking a Travel Operations & Client Support Executive to join a small, ambitious team designing high-end UK travel experiences for American clients.

You'll own operations from booking to live management, coordinate with clients and US agents, and act as the calm, proactive problem-solver on the ground, four days in the office with Friday WFH. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of solving problems on your own initiative.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude day-to-day.
• Permanent, unrestricted right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Own the trip from booking to live operations.
• Book elements and plan detailed itineraries.
• Manage live operations while clients are on the ground.
• Check in with clients and the US travel agent to ensure smooth trips.
