Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 5-week assignment in Warwick, RI. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, position patients, and ensure image quality for radiologist interpretation. The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
