Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Warwick, RI. The RN will prep patients for procedures, assist during interventions, and monitor recovery with a focus on safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements include 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Preferred is PALS/ENPC or RCIS. Travel status offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients pre-procedure and prepare for cardiac catheterization.
• Assist during procedures with catheter/balloon/stent placements.
• Monitor hemodynamics and post-procedure recovery.
• Operate cath lab equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with cardiology team, patients, and families.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and lead placement.
• Support post-procedure care and handoff to next care team.
