Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. This 13-week, 40-hour per week role offers PM shifts and the opportunity to work in a hospital setting, delivering high-quality CT imaging.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT certification (CT preferred), and an active state license where applicable. BLS is required, ACLS preferred, with 1–2 years of radiologic experience and CT imaging proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
