Qualifications

• Recent graduate or equivalent, aiming to start a fast-paced career in a customer-driven business.
• No travel industry experience required; full training is provided.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, gathering requirements, answering straightforward questions and supporting simple quotes and bookings.
• Handle routine customer queries by phone, email and live chat, using guidance and knowledge resources.
• Escalate anything outside standard guidance to a more senior colleague.
• Join resort support shifts as part of the Delivery Team, under the direction of the Manager on Duty.
• Build familiarity with live incident protocols and resort operations through training and shadowing.
