Job summary

echo.bravo in Reigate is seeking an entry-level Travel Assistant to learn business travel from the inside. You will be trained on flights, hotels, rail, and complex itineraries while supporting senior consultants on live accounts from week one.

You'll work four days in our Reigate office and one day remote once trained, with a structured path from assistant to consultant and eventually managing your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• No travel experience required; training provided.
• Interest in travel and how businesses move their people.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Able to be in our Reigate office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Learn our Galileo booking system and manage trips with full training provided.
• Support senior consultants with quoting, booking and servicing corporate clients.
• Handle changes, disruptions and client requests with guidance, then increasingly on your own.
• Keep files accurate and every client informed using our systems.
• Build towards managing your own portfolio of clients.
