Job summary

TUI in Stevenage is recruiting an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. The two-year Apprenticeship Scheme develops you into a destination expert, helping customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products.

You'll work varied shifts including weekends and evenings, receive training on systems, and progress toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification while benefiting from holiday discounts and development support.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade 9–4) or equivalent.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• A passion for tourism and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with your enthusiasm for travel.
• Strive to exceed sales targets in a busy retail environment.
• Engage with customers face to face and online, resolving questions or complaints.
• Complete practical and written apprenticeship assignments with support from managers and a learning coach.
• Work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification through the online learning platform.
• Join a supportive network to develop as a destination expert.
