Job summary

TUI Group is hiring an Apprentice Travel Advisor in Stevenage to train for a Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship. You will sell holidays, cruises and UK breaks, supported by a learning coach, with a focus on customer care and destination expertise.

The role includes varied shifts, weekend work and evenings in a busy store. You will progress through an apprenticeship with development opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. • As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
• You'll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism

• Grade 9 - 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
