Job summary

Qualifications

• Locally Employed Doctor (ST3+).
• Based at Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, with duties across PRH and RSH.
• Not nationally recognised for training; offers educational support.

Responsibilities

• Participation in elective operating theatre lists.
• Participation in trauma operating theatre lists.
• Elective and fracture clinic duties.
• Supervision and support of foundation doctors.
• Ward round of inpatients.
• Develop enhanced clinical skills in acutely ill patients.
• Team-working in a multi‑professional environment.
• Deliver clinical and quality targets with clinical teams and commissioners.
• Follow patients throughout their clinical pathways.
