Job summary

Randstad Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker in South Wales, Tredegar and nearby areas. You will help looked-after children in residential and community settings, focusing on emotional growth and safety, with trauma-informed approaches.

The role offers full-time block bookings, flexible scheduling, and access to training with Level 3 Care certification paths. Driving licence and right to work in the UK are required. Salary ranges from £16 to £20 per hour (PAYE).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of UK-based care experience with vulnerable youth or looked-after children.
• Valid UK driving licence and car owner.
• Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• A compassionate, reliable, and grounded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable children in residential and community setups, focusing on emotional growth and safety.
