The Connection at St Martin's is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Daylight Women's Day Centre support for women who experience long-term rough sleeping in London. You will deliver a psychologically informed, trauma-aware, person-led service, focusing on building trust and pathways to accommodation and health care.

Formación

• Experience delivering person-led, psychologically informed services for women who are street homeless.
• Excellent at building and strengthening trust in relationships.
• Committed to embedding co-production and engaging volunteers in service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusting relationships with women facing multiple exclusion and rough sleeping in London.
• Provide one-to-one support, harm minimisation opportunities, and access to healthcare and treatment.
• Help women move into accommodation and away from the streets.
• Develop strong working relationships with partners to integrate DayLight as a valued part of the response to women’s rough sleeping in London.
• Implement this pioneering service and share learning with others.
