Job summary

The Connection at St Martin's in London is recruiting for Daylight Women's Day Centre, a service supporting women who are long-term rough sleepers. The role focuses on trauma-informed, gender- and culturally-aware care, building trust and delivering harm minimisation, healthcare access and housing support.

You will collaborate with partners and embed coproduction across services. We welcome flexible working arrangements and offer a hybrid working model depending on role requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed service to people who are rough sleeping.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with women facing multiple exclusion and rough sleeping in London.
• Provide harm minimisation, access to healthcare and treatment.
• Support women to move into accommodation and away from the streets.
• Develop partnerships with organisations to ensure DayLight is a highly respected part of the response to women's rough sleeping in London.
• Help implement this pioneering new service and share learning with others.
