Job summary

The role includes shifts, weekends and overnight stays, and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential for a mobile schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge.
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete).
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Driving licence and vehicle – Essential

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people in care settings.
• Engage with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, or challenging behaviours to promote wellbeing.
• Adapt to shift patterns including weekends and overnight stays.
• Maintain mobility and travel to various sites as required.
