Responsibilities

• Deliver needs-based healthcare services to patients with substance misuse issues.
• Provide psychosocial intervention in individual or group settings.
• Apply trauma-informed principles to support patients' recovery.
• Work with the Secondary Mental Health team and Healthcare Services to provide a trauma-informed wellbeing service.
• Support people released from custody to maintain recovery through community partnerships.
