Compass Community Limited is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEN provision across a network of schools. The role focuses on supporting teaching and learning, observing pupils, and guiding staff to meet SEMH and SEND needs.

The SENCO will work within a trauma-informed framework, manage EHCP reviews, and collaborate with regional leaders to drive inclusion and outcomes for children with SEND.

Competenze

• Qualified teacher with SENCo qualification or willingness to undertake within 2 years.
• Proven track record of good/outstanding teaching.
• Experience with JCQ access arrangements and SEND Code of Practice.

Mansioni

• Lead support for effective teaching and learning across sites.
• Observe children to provide feedback and guidance to staff.
• Manage Annual Reviews of EHCPs and assessments.

SENCo qualification (PGCiPP NASENCo) /

Experience in SENCO role

Willingness to undertake SENCo qual. (
