Job summary

Northwick Manor Primary School is seeking a passionate SEMH Inclusion TA3 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will work under the guidance of the AHT Inclusion and teaching staff to promote inclusive learning and personal development.

Responsibilities include implementing personalised learning programmes, aiding pupils with access to the national curriculum, and contributing to enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Ability to promote learning and personal development in line with school policy.
• Willingness to work 1:1 or in small groups with children.

Responsibilities

• Support identified pupils with SEMH needs academically and pastorally.
• Assist with interventions in areas such as behaviour and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and AHT Inclusion to plan and lead targeted activities.
• Promote inclusive learning and use ICT in lessons.
• Assist with displays, resources, and parent communication.
