Job summary

You will support and empower young people, promote wellbeing, contribute to care planning and safeguarding, and collaborate with colleagues while maintaining professional boundaries.

The position includes full induction, ongoing training and DBS funding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage young people to reach their full potential.
• Create a warm, safe and tidy home environment that promotes wellbeing.
• Build trust whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
• Empower young people to develop life skills such as cooking and self-care.
• Support care planning, risk assessments and individual goals.
• Keep accurate records and complete shift handovers.
• Administer medication, manage petty cash and ensure safety checks.
• Drive company vehicles to transport young people to school and appointments.
• Work with the team, attend meetings and follow safeguarding procedures.
