Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting a Support Worker to join a 4-bed residential children’s home in the UK. You will support vulnerable young people with emotional, physical and developmental needs in a trauma‑informed environment, building positive relationships and acting as a caring role model.

The role requires real dedication and flexibility, with long shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is essential, and sponsorship cannot be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable children in a trauma-informed setting.
• Able to work long shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Driver with a full UK driving licence is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Support children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Act as a positive role model.
• Support young people who have experienced trauma.
