The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare or be willing to complete it, and be able to cover shifts including weekends and overnight stays.

• Experience with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge.
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or willingness to complete.
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
