Job summary

CrossReach seeks a Residential Child Care Worker to help create a safe, nurturing home for children and young people. You will support their confidence, life skills and positive outcomes through trauma-informed practice and positive relationships.

The role involves building trust, providing emotional support and working with families and partner agencies to meet care plans and reviews. A Christian ethos is required for this position.

Responsibilities
