Job summary

Common Thread Group is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to help create a safe, nurturing and healing home for vulnerable young people. You will provide emotional support, routine, and contribute to daily activities within a supportive team.

The role involves home cooking, school runs, and meaningful experiences, with strong backing from a dedicated management team. A full-time or part-time permanent contract is available and salary depends on qualifications.

Qualifications

• PVG disclosure from Disclosure Scotland required and a valid full manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, routine, and caring leadership within a well-run home.
• Support home management and the smooth running of your house with backing from the management team.
• Include activities such as home cooking, school runs, and daily shared experiences.
