Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in childcare or related care preferred.
• Warm, patient and good listener with a focus on outcomes.
• Desire to work with children who have experienced trauma and adversity.

Aufgaben

• Support young people with daily routines, including mornings for school/college readiness and homework completion.
• Provide nurturing, therapeutic care and build trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to deliver high-quality, child-centred care.
• Participate in team meetings, training and reflective practice.
