Job summary
Elysium Healthcare Limited at Potters Bar Clinic is seeking an experienced HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist to lead specialist assessments and interventions on adult acute wards. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to new trauma-focused pathways and staff development.

Qualifications
- BPS recognised psychology degree and HCPC registration.
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings.
- Ability to carry a caseload and deliver specialist psychological treatments.
- Knowledge of formulations based on trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychology assessments and interventions for adults on acute wards.
- Carry a caseload and design/deliver treatments.
- Contribute to MDT work and risk assessments.
- Deliver staff reflective practice sessions and training.
- Prepare clinical reports and ensure accurate records.
