Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Practitioner Psychologist for Arbury Court in Warrington. You will deliver assessments, diagnostic and cognitive testing, MDT collaboration, and specialist psychological treatments to support care plans.

You will manage complex cases, deliver group and individual interventions, and contribute to training and reflective practice for staff. This is a rewarding role in a supportive, development‑oriented organisation.

Qualifications

Be HCPC registered.
Appropriate post‑graduate qualifications.
Have understanding of evidence‑based psychological practice.
Have experience of applying psychological knowledge to a clinical/neuro setting.
Be experienced working with clients with cognitive deficits.
Have previous experience of conducting research and project working.

Responsibilities

Participating in the assessment of referrals and initial assessments.
Undertaking high quality direct (assessment & therapeutic) interventions and indirect (consultative, advisory, evaluative) interventions.
Work therapeutically with service users with complex presentations and use structured psychometric methods.
Formulate and implement specialist treatment plans for patients’ mental health needs.
Be professionally and legally responsible for all aspects of clinical work.
Maintain high standards of care in line with HCPC and company policies.
