Job summary

Single Homeless Project in London ( Camden ) is hiring an Outreach Worker on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports people sleeping rough or at risk, delivering street outreach and hub-based services across a 7-day rota.

Salary starts at £34,127.11 and rises to £36,947.49 per year, with a strong commitment to dignity and progression. You’ll work in a fast-moving, Compassionate team, building relationships, assessing risk and coordinating practical support to move people towards safety

Qualifications

• Experience in outreach or homelessness services preferred.
• Trauma-informed approach and ability to handle complex situations.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rota including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct street outreach and hub-based support to people experiencing homelessness.
• Build trusting relationships and carry out trauma-aware assessments.
• Coordinate practical support to help individuals access housing, services and longer-term stability.
