Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Rochdale is seeking a Nursing Associate to join the Low Secure Service at Prospect Place, Birch Hill Hospital. You will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care under supervision, working with a multi‑disciplinary team to support recovery in a trauma‑informed environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register.
• Foundation Degree qualification required.
• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard nursing care under supervision with a registered nurse.
• Monitor patients' health needs and report changes promptly.
• Support recovery using trauma‑informed approaches and RAID model.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up to date.
