Qualifications

• Essential: Psychology degree or relevant subject degree (counselling/child development).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of psychometrics and data gathering.
• Trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and write assessment reports under supervision.
• Develop and deliver psycho-educational interventions for young people.
• Develop and deliver training to residential and education teams.
• Support professionals with consultations/meetings and take notes.
• Engage in literature reviews to inform practice.
