Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people.
• Psychology degree or degree in counselling/child development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of psychometrics and data gathering.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and attachment-based approaches (e.g. PACE).
• Compassionate approach and engaging teenagers.
• Team player with excellent communication.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle to travel to multiple sites.
• Understanding of CSE.
• Keen to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and write assessment reports under supervision.
• Develop and deliver psycho-educational interventions for young people.
• Develop and deliver training to residential and educational staff.
• Support professionals with consultations/meetings; take notes and perform admin tasks.
• Write literature reviews to inform practice.
