Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join our Guildford team. You will support students with SEMH, ADHD, trauma and neurodivergence, helping them regulate emotions and re-engage with learning in a holistic, trauma‑informed setting.

We welcome recent graduates or those with relevant experience. Immediate paid trial days are available, with full‑time roles starting January 2026 and a flexible schedule to suit your needs.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work or Social Sciences (or with relevant experience).
• Interest in justice, neurodiversity and restorative care.
• Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content.

Responsibilities

• Support students.
• Help students regulate emotions, build resilience and re-engage with education.
• Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour.
• Work with therapists and staff in a trauma-informed environment.
