• Good understanding of the challenges of the client group.
• Prepared to work with violent and sexual offenders.
• Knowledge of what is currently effective in reducing re-offending
• Good level of legislative knowledge relevant to the post.
• Resilience, ability to communicate effectively and an ability to produce high quality written work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Court Orders for individuals over 21 under the Community Payback Order.
• Manage a diverse, complex and challenging caseload.
• Collaborate with service providers and adopt a trauma-informed approach when engaging with service users.
• Work across the wider Justice Service Teams to meet service exigencies.
