The successful candidate will handle complex cases, maintain confidential electronic records, and work across safeguarding guidelines with a flexible, on‑call component.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals through SPOC, initiate contact within one working day and prioritise high-risk cases.
• Provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
• Manage an open caseload of approximately 25 clients with varying risk levels.
• Complete and review DASH risk assessments with identified actions.
• Develop safety and support plans to reduce risk and improve safety for survivors and children.
• Monitor cases and ensure timely delivery of support.
• Offer information about options and empower survivors to decide.
• Provide practical and emotional support within professional boundaries.
• Support survivors from current or former partners or family members.
• Work with clients to understand abusive behaviour and future goals.
