The Beehive Project is seeking a House Leader to guide a team of Support Workers in our trauma-informed supported living provisions for young people aged 16-25. You will promote safety, stability, and empowerment while ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.

You will oversee individual support plans, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with families, health and social care partners, and the Service Manager to maintain safe accommodation and positive outcomes for residents.

Competenze

• Experience in leading and supervising staff in a care setting.
• Ability to work with individuals with complex needs, including trauma backgrounds.
• Strong communication with families, healthcare providers, and local authorities.

Mansioni

• Oversee and implement individual support plans and risk assessments.
• Supervise Support Workers with ongoing training and inductions.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements (CQC/Ofsted).
• Report health and safety concerns and maintenance issues to the Service Manager.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and residents’ participation in activities.
• Act as on-call point of contact within a weekly rota.
