The Connection at St Martin’s is seeking a Community Practitioner for Daylight Women’s Day Centre in London. This full-time, permanent role focuses on safeguarding, health and wellbeing, and moving women from street homelessness into housing, through trauma-informed, gender-specific support.

You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with partners and delivering a psychologically informed service that places women's safety and empowerment at the core.

Competenze

• Experience delivering person-led, psychologically informed service to street homeless populations.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse partners.

Mansioni

• Build trusting relationships with women facing multiple exclusions and rough sleeping in London.
• Understand needs of women accessing DayLight; provide harm minimisation support, healthcare access and treatment.
• Assist women to move into accommodation and away from the streets.
• Develop strong working relationships with partners to embed DayLight as a respected part of the response to women’s rough sleeping.
• Implement this pioneering service and share learning with others.
