Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Professional to join the North CMHT, delivering recovery-focused community mental health interventions across North Warwickshire and Rugby from bases in Nuneaton and Rugby.

The role requires a clinician with RMN, DipCOT qualifications or HCPC/NMC registration, working in a multidisciplinary team to support people with complex needs and co-existing neurodevelopmental conditions. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• HCPC/NMC registration valid.
• Experience in community mental health care preferred.
• Ability to undertake assessments and formulate care plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Undertake assessments and deliver recovery-focused care.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and provide supervision where appropriate.
• Develop trauma-informed practice and support individuals with complex needs.
