Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a motivated clinician to join the North CMHT in North Warwickshire and Rugby. You will develop skills in caseload management and deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions in a recovery-focused community mental health service across multiple bases.

You will work in a supportive multidisciplinary team, receive specialist supervision, and have access to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker with mental health experience, or Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and working with complex mental health needs preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary community mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions to support recovery.
• Manage a caseload of people with complex mental health needs across multiple bases.
• Collaborate within a supportive multidisciplinary team with specialist supervision.

Join Our North Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

The North CMHT supports communities across North Warwickshire and Rugby from bases in Nuneaton and Rugby. As part of an integrated team, you will work across both localities, collaborate with a range of professionals, and gain valuable experience.

We are seeking a motivated clinician to develop skills in caseload management and delivering clinical interventions within a recovery-focused community mental health service. Applications are welcomed from Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers with mental health experience, and Occupational Therapists.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your practice while supporting people with complex mental health needs through multidisciplinary working, specialist supervision, and ongoing professional development.
