Job summary

Kibble is seeking a therapist to deliver individual therapy to children and young adults aged 5 to 25 in residential and community settings. The role emphasizes safe, trauma-informed practice and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The post is fixed-term for one year and requires HCPC-registered psychotherapy qualifications and professional registration. Experience in both in-person and online therapy is valued, with opportunities for supervision and CPD.

Qualifications

• Qualified psychotherapist with HCPC recognition or equivalent.
• Registration with HCPC, BACP or another regulatory body.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with children and young adults in residential and community settings.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships to help young people discuss experiences.
• Collaborate with social workers, residential staff and mental health services.
