Creative Support is seeking committed Relief Female Support Workers for a Trauma Informed care approach in Preston, Lancashire. The service runs three adapted homes for women with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Trauma histories.

We operate 24/7 to support transitions from long stay mental health institutions to community living. You will support ladies to achieve goals, promote independence, and provide person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the care sector is essential.
• Gender is an occupational requirement – Equality Act 2010 may apply.

Responsabilités

• Support women with individual care needs and promote independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks and household duties in the home.
• Facilitate activities in the home and local community to support wellbeing.
• Maintain structure, boundaries and routines to ensure safety and predictability.
