Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the thriving and dynamic SARSAS team as our Pathway Administrator to join our Bristol office and support the effective delivery of our services. This key role provides day-to-day administrative support across our service delivery teams, helping our services run smoothly through well-managed processes, accurate database administration and general office support.

About you

You will bring relevant office administration experience, including creating and managing a range of administrative processes and databases. Highly organised and attentive to detail, you will be able to prioritise multiple tasks, use your initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.

This is a rewarding role in a busy environment, so you will need to be adaptable and able to remain resilient under pressure. As a substantial part of the role involves communicating with clients and professionals, you will also be confident communicating by telephone in a professional and supportive manner while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

About SARSAS

SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress and help rebuild the lives of survivors live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BaNES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

SARSAS also campaigns and raises awareness about rape and sexual violence to change the narrative about sexual violence and to enable survivors’ voices to be heard. Partnership work with a range of agencies locally and nationally is a priority to enable social change.

SARSAS works to feminist principles: this underpins both what our service is and how it is run. Our work guided by a trauma-informed approach, which understands how traumatic experiences can impact survivors and keeps and awareness of their effects at the forefront of our approach to support.

Contract Information

Hours: 30 hours per week
