Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc is seeking a Transportation Specialist to join the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). The role requires working across Amazon and external logistics partners to ensure delivery vans are available and issues are resolved swiftly.

It involves a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts and on-call duty. You will analyze delivery performance data, produce reports for leadership and coach teammates, while upholding policy standards and driving process

Qualifications

Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including leadership.
Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership.
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to find root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics.
Mentor or coach team members to help them develop new skills.
Maintain high standards of work by following policies and procedures.
Continually review processes to find areas for innovation.
