DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to lead daily transport operations in the UK. You will plan transport activities, supervise drivers and admin teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across Driver Hours and Working Time Directive requirements.

Formación

• Experience working in a transport office or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Driver Hours legislation and Working Time Directive.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver effective transport plans meeting customer and network needs.
• Lead and motivate drivers and transport administration teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Driver Hours and WTD regulations.
• Communicate with transport, warehouse and customer stakeholders.
• Promote health and safety standards and company procedures.
