Pertemps Bond in Cardiff is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join our busy transport team. You will manage third-party contractors on site, handle end-of-day checks, and coordinate with the Planning Team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1-2 years of transport experience and prior supervisory experience. Excellent communication, Excel/Outlook skills, and WTS familiarity are preferred. Salary is £35k with Monday–Friday day shifts.

Qualifications

• Transport experience required, 1-2 years minimum.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication skills; customer facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Manage all third-party contractors on site including subcontractors, agency, and maintenance providers.
• End of day checks and secure storage of keys.
• Communicate absences and VOR to the Planning Team.
• Enter Quality Events on the WTS System.
• Represent the Transport Operation in daily Ops calls.
• Act as liaison for transport queries.
• Depose for Transport Operations Manager in their absence.
• Deal with drivers, customers and colleagues as part of the transport office team.
