Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Solutions Development Manager to lead the design of tender responses for transport opportunities across Midlands or North depots. The role involves coordinating with Regional Operations Directors and operations teams to craft competitive, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience designing logistics solutions with commercial accountability.
- Ability to produce and present detailed operating cost models.
- Comfortable communicating proposals to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of tender responses for transport opportunities.
- Coordinate bid scope with Regional Operations Directors and other departments.
- Design warehouse and transport solutions including layouts, routing, and IT considerations.
- Develop financial models and determine resource requirements for bids.
- Prepare tender documentation and presentations for customers.
- Assist with development of marketing materials.
- Maintain knowledge of industry developments through professional bodies and training.
